| Low pressure, low flow | Chemical injector orifice blocked | If injector is attatched with quick connects at discharge fitting simply remove injector and test system. If pressure and flow are restored replace injector |
| Drive belts loose | Tighten belts if loose | |
| Pump not running at rated speed | Check engine throttle, confirm motor is rated same speed as pump | |
| Stripped pump drive coupling | Inspect, replace as needed | |
| Defective easy start valve | Check for proper operation, replace | |
| Low pressure, very low flow | Unloader stuck in bypass | Check unloader operation, free piston, replace if needed |
| Low pressure, low flow, bogs | Outlet restriction | Check discharge side of system for restrictions,Follow the flow of water through the system until the restriction is found |
| Nozzle clogged or too small | Unclog or replace | |
| Debris in system | Check valves, fittings, injectors, fittings or any other area in the discharge where debris might lodge. Flush with water if possible | |
